Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Hegge Projects LLC ("Huntrr", "we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you accept them. If you can't, don't use Huntrr.

What Huntrr does

Huntrr aggregates auction-house listings into a single search + alert pipeline. We poll public-facing auction sites (HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, eBay, OfferUp, ShopGoodwill, Craigslist, Bring a Trailer, and others we may add) and email, text, or push-notify you when a lot matches your saved criteria. We don't host auctions ourselves, don't take bids, and aren't affiliated with any of the auction houses we cover.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract. One account per person; sharing an account with someone else gets both accounts terminated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer Huntrr's UI. If you want programmatic access, the Dealer tier includes read-only API tokens.
• Resell access to the Huntrr service. (Use the alerts you get to buy and resell auction lots — that's the whole point. We mean "don't resell Huntrr accounts.")
• Use Huntrr to harass other users or to attempt to manipulate auction prices on third-party sites.
• Submit search queries designed to overwhelm or rate-limit our adapter integrations.
• Misrepresent your identity, share login credentials, or evade tier quotas.

Subscriptions, payment, and refunds

Paid tiers (Pro at $14.99/mo or $99/year; Dealer at $29/mo or $249/year) are billed by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

How to cancel: open /account, click "Manage billing", and cancel inside Lemon Squeezy's portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds: we don't refund partial months on the monthly plan — cancel and you keep access until the cycle ends. For annual plans, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email nick@huntrr.app and we'll refund in full. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but cancel-on-renewal works the same as monthly.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice; if you don't like the new price, cancel before your next renewal.

Auction-house data

Huntrr surfaces public listings; the actual lot data (titles, prices, photos, descriptions) belongs to the auction houses. When you click through to bid, you're on their site under their terms. We're not responsible for their auctions, payment, shipping, or item authenticity.

We do our best to keep adapters running, but auction sites change their HTML / add WAFs / break our scrapers regularly. We give no guarantee that any specific source will keep working. The /Registry page (/health) is honest about which sources are healthy at any given moment.

Termination

You can delete your account any time from /account → Withdraw permanently. The deletion is immediate and cascades through all your data (saved searches, watch list, interests, API tokens, sessions).

We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Egregious cases (fraud, abuse, scraping us) result in immediate termination with no refund. We try to give a heads-up for milder cases.

No warranty

Huntrr is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it running but we can't promise the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that every alert fires exactly when you'd want. Don't bet your business on Huntrr being live during a specific auction; use it as a discovery aid, not as a critical-path dependency.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to Huntrr is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.

Changes

If we materially change these Terms, we'll email registered users at least 7 days before the new version takes effect. By continuing to use Huntrr after the effective date, you accept the new Terms.
